WAC 110-300-0186(4) is valid. During the interview chef Cassie said that she was the one who assembled the sandwiches for the children, Cassie admitted to adding cheese to the child's sandwich. Cassie said she was trained on the child's individual care plan and that there is a chart posted in the kitchen which details the children's food allergies.
